- MguestL : Oh man... I can't even begin to tell you how much fun we had. I had the '85 wide glide this trip, + my 500 Katoom. We did the last 3 days of the rally in Sturgis proper, which was an absolute blast. Then 10 days of dirt and bar hopping around Nemo, Deadwood, Spearfish. Never thought being caught in the rain would be so much fun. Maybe next year we can share a beer. Lets keep the Belly alive until then!!!

- VisibleSpirit : Eric Gales shredding is clean! ...unlike some others. Music is well produced too. I've always struggled to hear lyrics in most music the way it's recorded without headphone. I don't need headphones to hear Eric's lyrics generally, even when he's crankin' out the volume!
- VisibleSpirit : @ MguestL -- I'll assume you had a good time, as well as a good ride while in Sturgis. I'm workin' on plans to go next year, we'll see when next year gets here.
- VisibleSpirit : Yes he can! That's what I like about him as well as his style and rhythm. His music just grabs your attention whenever you hear it. That comes from the heart, not a book.

- VisibleSpirit : That he does! I watched a BIO on Netflix a week ago +/- about CCR and their start through the end. They really didn't get recognized until they played the European circuit. The band they were to open for at their 1st big gig was a no-show and they took stage and rocked the house for 2 hours non stop! They've been hit makers ever since, and thanks for the most part to John Fogerty who wrote most of their songs.

PC will be one of the last expensive purchases aside from another house soon, ...and I'm up in the air about the house! Might just get a used RV and live out of that on the road, IDK. Everything's' up in the air right now. Just keep preying the sun continues to rise ...at least until I'm gone from this cruel world full of crooks, liers, and thieves. 😵💫
- VisibleSpirit : Not a PC made that's perfect as they all have their quirks, but I'm going back to Linux ...because it just works! M$ is getting dictatorial and too controlling anymore, not that it wasn't to begin with. Just tried Win 11 Pro and they put ALL my files and data on the cloud via OneNote without any notice OR my permission. I'll be damned if my data's going to a server somewhere to be accessed by god only knows who and/or hacked like they're all getting lately.
- BH : I'm barely scraping by so this computer is going to have to last god willing until things get better - would love to move myself but that also costs money - my only goal right now is just to keep a roof over my head and The Belly up and running!

- VisibleSpirit : Speaking of PC's, I just bought a powerful Dell on credit I though was going to be my new DAW that's been refurbished etc as it originally costs $6K. Turned out to be a dude with issues strait out of the box. A huge disappointment as I'm currently in the process of returning it. I'll just wait a couple months when I get that tab payed down and buy a brand new Dell that's more then this one was with Ubuntu Linux preinstalled. No more useless Windblows PC's for me. 😉
